Our Philosophy
We operate on a shared-risk model. We provide up to 50% of the required funding for new construction projects, ensuring we only win if our investing partner wins.
Ownership
Doug Johnson has facilitated 120+ modular and manufactured housing projects in numerous states since 2017.
His career in real estate started in 2002. Prior to owning his own general contracting and modular building company his most recent position as a Project Manager for a national manufactured home builder which followed being the Regional Market Director for (6) six years with a national bank with the focus on managing construction projects in multiple states trained him into finishing successful off-site construction projects for all of his clients.
Before construction Doug had established himself as a respected title insurance licensed professional where he managed and owned title insurance companies underwritten by the largest title insurance underwriters in the country.
This in-depth experience has prepared Doug to successfully complete every project from start to finish for all of our clients and their customers guaranteeing proven results along with returns on their investments.
